What we accept
Returns — 7 days from delivery
Changed your mind? No stress. You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to return it. Items must be washed and returned with tags still attached.
Size exchanges — 14 days from delivery
Ordered the wrong size? It happens. You have 14 days from delivery to swap for the right one. Items must be washed with tags still attached.
Shipping
Return and exchange shipping is covered by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so your return arrives safely — we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
How to start your return or exchange

- Your order number
- What you'd like to return or exchange
- The reason (so we can keep improving)
We respond within 1 hour. Once we confirm your request, we'll walk you through exactly what to do next — no back-and-forth, no confusion.
