Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so your order gets to you without the wait.
Domestic shipping — 1 to 2 business days
Orders within the country are delivered within 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
International shipping — 7 to 14 business days
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location and local customs processing. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or public holidays.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are outside of our control and vary by destination.
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

The Playground is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues.
